Worst: Ninja Resurrection- not the sequel to Ninja scroll it was supposed to be. Awful. Awful. Awful. Dammnit that was Awful. Runners Up: Sword for Truth Fist of the North Star Tekken Shadow Skill El Hazard OVA 2 pretty bad: Galaxy Frulein Yuna (1st Ova, I loved Galaxy Fruelein Yuna Returns). FY OVAs (mostly just compared to TV though) Amazing Nurse Nanako
