.hack//SIGN was one of the biggest 
disappointments I have ever experienced. I was so 
hopeful because it shared the same creator as 
Noir, which I adore. I even bought the deluxe dvd 
kit with soundtrack and everything. but after the 
third episode I bid that kit farewell. the 
character design was unbelievably inferior to 
Noir in my opinion, and the plot was empty, at 
least in the first episodes. the characters were 
trying to carry this sense of depth and mystery, 
but in reality I wasn't feeling it. I know that 
perhaps if I stuck with it longer I might have 
gotten into it, but I wasn't about to spend any 
more of my money buying the dvd's.

yann, I think by "bad anime" I assume we are 
being asked for anime we didn't like...if you 
want to get into technically poor anime, I 
haven't seen much of that. unless you count some 
of the crappier hentai out there.
