Wow, really?  I... okay, let me preface this by 
saying I love Weiss.  I adore it.  It holds a 
special place in my heart that it will never 
lose, and I own all the US DVDs.

That said,  it's an awful series. ^^;  I mean 
it.  The quality checking is awful, the boys' 
character designs seem to change from scene to 
scene.  Just look at Omi's bangs!  Plus, the 
dialogue is rather poorly written, and downright 
cheesy at points, and don't get me started on the 
individual episode plots. O_o  But I adore it 
dearly simply *because* it's so bad- it's 
fanservice for girls and it doesn't try to be 
anything else.

As for what baaaaaaaad anime I've seen, I think 
Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals OAV is 
utterly abysmal.
