Reign the Conqueror-- I don't know if it is technically anime but it is the absolute worst anime/cartoon that I have ever seen. The character design was awful, the story was boring, and I couldn't believe they took Inuyasha off of Cartoon Network for a short while to show that instead =P. Ugh shudders ^_^.
