i've played the games and while i thought the OVA 
was ok, it wasn't as good as it could have been. 
but i love richard wong! he's so bad ass ^^*. but 
the thing that i didn't like is that the artists 
kind of drew the characters as stand-alone 
characters, especially wong and keith.  i have a 
couple cels of them together and they look like 
they're not even in the same scene with each 
other...
