I read most of the posts, but I rarely enjoy 
reading negative remarks. Although, I found some 
of them interesting because I learned a lot about 
the people on this board and their opinions.

I felt that some people are not really that 
interested in anime from some of the lists that I 
read. Well, at least not as much as I do. I even 
wonder why some collect cels at all.

  The interesting thing to me was that a lot of 
people were apparently making judgements of some 
anime like they were film critics. I guess that 
is good that a cartoon can be measured in the 
same vein as the "Godfather", but sometimes I 
think it is asking too much. 

I also wonder if most people (that made some of 
those remarks) could understand Japanese fluently 
if they would change their minds after listening 
to the original music, voice actors, and could 
understand the original contextual meaning of 
what is really being said.

Subs and dubs, leave a lot out that culturally is 
unexplainable without knowing some of the 
language. 

Besides that, maybe the next post can turn to the 
opposite. Anime that is liked and why, just for 
the sake of balance, if someones feelings were 
hurt now is the chance for a rebuttal.
