What I found really fun about it was seeing 
people talk about anime I loved.  If you were 
giving your best effort toward being objective 
you just had to laugh.

Case in point:  Noir.  I loved Noir -- beautiful 
visually, strong female characters. I loved the 
music; it's the only show for which I actually 
felt compelled to buy the soundtrack.  On the 
other hand, as someone pointed out, they DID play 
the same three songs OVER and OVER and OVER... :-)

The other fun thing about the thread was that, in 
spite of the things we griped over, we WATCHED 
the darn things, didn't we? :-)  [Including the 
ones with the inhumanly large flopping about 
mammary glands!] 

Just goes to show you; even bad anime is better 
than, say... (well, let's not get into american 
animation but I run from the room screaming when 
the kids want to watch Ed, Edd and Eddy).
