I have to agree. I think this was one of the most 
polite "complaint-ridden" threads I've ever seen. 
While I do believe that there is some 
terribly "bad" anime out there to be had, I won't 
begrudge anyone's willingness to watch it. I hold 
no animsity to Sailor Moon fans, it just isn't 
for me. And that is what I perceived this thread 
to be, a place to share what anime doesn't 
exactly float your boat. My favorite anime, 
Outlaw Star, is not perfect. There are some 
episodes that are simply poorly drawn filler
(episode 16 anyone?). So if someone did not like 
it, more power to them. I was fascinated to see 
what some people found totally unredeeming. Some 
of the shows mentioned were very popular indeed. 
I think this forum showed a lot of character to 
participate in such a heated topic and not let it 
deteriorate into a flame war.
