I am basically the antithesis of a high-end 
collector ^_~  I've never paid over $200 for a 
cel, and in fact just sold the only cel I paid 
over $150 for.  That isn't to say I haven't owned 
or currently own cels that are WORTH over $200.  
I consider myself a bargin shopper of cels if 
anything.  The vast majority of my cels are worth 
more than I paid, and I find much more enjoyment 
from having paid a small amount of money rather 
than more ^^  It's been quite a struggle 
considering I collect some really expensive 
series (FY, Utena, etc) and I've had to pass up a 
lot of really wonderful cels that I just couldn't 
afford.  But overall, I'm very happy with 
my "cheapie" collection, and I can still afford 
to eat ^^;;
