Heehee, guess I'll be one too then but I think it 
depends a lot on the animation series ppl collect 
as to what is the benchmark of a 'highend 
collector'. Someone say collecting Tenshi Ni 
Narumon cels would probably find a $200 TNN cel 
to be on the higher end of the spectrum whereas 
someone collecting VHD, would treat a nice VHD 
cel at $200 as a good deal.

As for me, I collect FY along with RK, ANC etc so 
these tend to have cels priced closer or even 
above the $200 range. Especially with FY since I 
hadn't started collecting when they were at their 
less pricy stage. So wish I had tho ^_~

Selling wise, it really depends on timing & 
popularity of the series at the time. But I only 
buy cels that I intend to keep (although that 
might change later as my taste changes) and if I 
do resell any, I'd have already gotten a lot of 
enjoyment out of them, more than say (for me 
anyway) if I'd bought shares. Lol :)
