I wouldn't consider myself a highend 
collector...have never spent more than $300 for a 
cel. But many of my cels are from $150-$200 and 
with prices appreciation, they are worth more 
now. 
My faves are those tt cost me a bit of $$...for 
my standards anyway..(or else I wouldnt spend so 
much on them rite?;)) Unfortunately for me, my 
fave series n characters are very popular in the 
cel world and more often than not, costing a 
pretty penny. (e.g. FY, RK and VPM) So while I 
try to limit my purchase, it's hard when a decent 
cel from any of these series cost at least $150:( 
I hafn't tried selling any of my nicer, more 
costly cels coz I cant bear to. Even tho I buy 
for keepsake, I alwayz bear in mind its resale 
value. Even if I like the cel very much, it's 
quite absurd to pay 4,5 times its market price... 
God forbid it...but if I ever haf to sell my 
collection, I'll at least recover the cost.
