I knew i shouldn't have responded to this thread. 
i always forget to clarify things. And this point 
you brought up is one of the ones I thought 
about, but left out hoping that the rest of my 
yammering made up for it.

I meant that if they are screen capture, it 
doesn't make them any less an "original cel". 
They used the original cel to film the anime.. 
no? So I was just referring to that aspect of 
what the original poster mentioned. tis all.

And I know that there are fancels artists who 
make original work. I am one of them. I've sold 
more original artwork fancels than from the shows 
themselves. 

Sorry to sound naggy, but I don't want my posts 
to sound like I had no idea what I was talking 
about.
