Perhaps the artist's ghost will haunt the person in this case? ^_^
But, yes, I'm saying only the creator of the art or, if the rights
have been passed to another party, then that person, may complain
about, be upset about or take any action in this case. If I make a copy
of a painting hanging in your house -that you bought at an art show-
and sell it -as a copy, of course- then you have no right to complain.
The artist or his heirs certainly do, however.
