And why do you soo much need to make copies of 
cels belonging to people that don't want to ?
Isn't there enough other cels ? Then don't 
complain if people are angry after you.

By the way, studio don't do anything about fancels 
because they don't know about them and/or because
it would take a lot of time/effort.
But there is companies whose only activity is to 
find copyright breach and then offer to the 
copyright holder to sue the person that broke the 
copyright in exchange of a part of the gain...
