Oh, pity, stop with your poor excuses and
self justification.

Fact is, nobody has any right to make a copy of a
cel without the agreement of the copyright holder.
Whatever the use ! It's the law ! So stop with the
cheap excuses !

If you make a fancel, you could be sued by the 
copyright holders. Especialy if you sell it but
even if you don't. It's not because the copyright 
holders usualy don't do it that it make the thing 
more legal. And it doesn't mean that they will 
never do it.

Also, if you make a good enough copy that can be 
passed for the original, you could be accused of
forgery by the copyright holders, the owner of the 
the original cel or they buyer of the copy if he 
claims he didn't know it was a copy !
