Right! If you do something that is at best 
tolerated, if not legal, the least you can do is 
to try to be polite and don't piss-off people more 
than needed...

I don't find anything remotly "fan" in the 
attitude that consist of not giving a damn about 
the consequences and about others. That's one of 
the reason why many fansub groups had to close : 
because even if most of them had some ethic, you 
only need a few that don't give a damn to finaly 
push companies to react and take actions against 
everybody.
