Several times in the past I've offered higher 
than the minimum offer amount listed on a cel in 
the concern that someone else would. Other times 
when I offered no more than the minimum, I was 
out-offered by someone else, meaning someone else 
offered more than the minimum amount listed.

So I really don't think listing minimums hurts 
anything. If nothing else, I'm more likely to put 
in an offer if I have some idea of what the owner 
is looking for. . . Thus someone listing minimums 
might actually be getting offers they wouldn't 
receive without the minimum being there. ^_^
