I agree with the concensus here - I hate offers.  
I never have any idea what to offer. I'm alway 
worried that my offer would be insulting, yet I 
hate the feeling that maybe I could've gotten it 
for less.  That makes it an emotional lose - lose 
situation.  
After being in the game for quite a while, and 
amassing a bunch of rare and expensive cels I've 
really come to enjoy the little cheap gems that 
come up.  I feel almost better about a cel I 
really like for $75 than a dream cel that I fork 
thousands over for.
With that said, with offers even if I get the cel 
I can't feel really good about the price.
Even if there's stuff I'd like I usually don't 
bother - just too much stress.

What I do love is when people make a "offers' 
page and post the current high offers. Its 
basicaly an auction but I love it.  Then I know 
whats worth my while.
