That is about the only make offers type deals I 
feel comfortable doing, because there is usually 
a deadline and a minimuim set and if the seller 
is good they will post high bid.  I wish everyone 
doing an offers page would at least do that, so 
we would know what was worth our time and what 
cels the seller has unreasonable expectations 
about.
