  I completely agree with you.  I, myself, have 
made offers on a few galleries that have gone 
up 'for offers' NUMEROUS TIMES -- each time with 
the gallery owner keeping the cels I've offered 
on, yet they appear each time this person wants 
to see what they can get for their gallery.  
  I'm a firm believer in putting stuff on ebay - 
that way you can list the MINIMUM that you're 
willing to let the cel go for, yet you still 
might get more $$ if enough people are 
interested in the cel...
