Really that's what ebay is, too.  But at least 
you know what the minimum is...


Having agreed with that, I really do understand 
the situations in which quick "open for offers" 
are a necessity. It's usually pretty clear when 
that is the case.  (She says, nervously awaiting 
the answer to an offer she made the other day...)
