I wouldn't say that I've ever been offended by a 
low offer.... rather shocked is more accurate.  
Since I am in the midst of selling off my entire 
collection I've received various offers that fall 
far below the mark.

For example:
$100... when I purchased the cel for $250
Currently my $130 cel of Miruru is only going for 
$10 on eBay....
and the best yet has been $30 for a $300 cel  @_@

I've been out of the market for over a year, so 
perhaps the price of cels really has dropped.  
Yet upon visiting dealer's sites is seems that 
prices have only gone up.  Some of those emailing 
me are not newbies, so I really don't know where 
the low offers are coming from. ^^;
