interesting story - a lot of us have experienced 
that I'm sure. it is frustrating, but the key is 
to learn how to swallow your pride and write back 
as politely as possible.

at the same time, I've also goofed on making my 
offer too low before, but when I'm unsure I 
always tack on the disclaimer "if I am way off 
please let me know and I will rethink my offer." 

anyway, since no one is showing any cels here, I 
thought I would start. this is the one in my 
gallery that somehow gets all the crazy low 
offers. it's princess kakyuu from sailormoon, one 
of the most coveted characters from the show.
