When I first FIRST got into this hobby, I went 
around and made some very very (what would be 
considered/based off of what I know now) 
insulting offers on cels. But I did not KNOW the 
current market values for them! I was completely 
NEW. I learned quickly and offered more 
appropriatly later on. But the fact of the matter 
is, sometimes people honestly don't know what you 
paid, or even have a ballpark idea of the cel's 
value. Maybe for this person, 1/3 of what you 
paid is *a lot* to them?? 

If this person was a long time collector of the 
*same* series, and made this insanely low offer, 
I would brush them off because of stupidity.
No need to be angry, this is supposed to be a fun 
hobby. :)
