 Sniff. I've made really low offers before too.
:-( I swear I didn't know...since I was really new
back then...but then again some of my offers I
feel have been much too high. 

 Well, I've been looking for a DPF cel of Yuri for
a while now, and seeing one for sale (OP cel!!
^.^) would be an awesome catch...so I waited for
him to list it on Ebay, and I was meaning to bid
last minute because I didn't want anyone to outbid
me, and ended up missing the end of the aution.
:-( So I looked through the completed items, and
saw that it didn't sell. So I e-mailed the person
again and made an offer based on the Ebay price
(which as significantly lower than what the other
price on the wesite was) I ended up getting
rejected, since that was a pretty low price, I
really hope I didn't offend the people who own the
cel, because I honestly didn't mean to.

 Anyway this is my contribution.
