I have gotten a lot of lowball offers.  The ones 
that bother me are the ones with some sob story 
attached.  If a person feels the need to try to 
inspire sympathy with a sob tale - they usually 
know they are lowballing and are wasting the 
receivers time/bandwidth downloading their 
message.
