How do you know what is going on with the 
people in Japan like Mandarake still selling 
these cels?
Japanese law is not like American law.  
Litigation, the legal process takes much 
longer.  

On top of that, Mandarake certainly isn't the 
most trustworthy company in the least.  They 
will sell anything regardless of whether they 
know it is stolen, fake or not.  
It is a well-known fact that Mandarake has 
been known to sell fake and stolen goods.  
You think Gainax gives them those Evangelion 
cels as presents in their X-mas stockings?  
NO THEY DON'T.  The Evangelion cels are 
STOLEN too, but hey.. Mandarake still sells 
them!!  So as far as not caring about selling 
stolen stuff.. I think that proves Mandarake will 
sell what they want regardless of any legal 
issues.

Hmm and the Inu Yasha cels??  Inu Yasha 
cels ARE STOLEN.  See any on Taro's site 
that are outside of the Member's section?
See any on Mandarake's Japanese site?
But you have no concessions about selling 
stolen product.  Just whatever makes you

It seems to me that Rick is not saying NO 
ONE can sell D cels.  He is saying no one can 
sell STOLEN D cels.
Hmm...  what a concept...Not selling stolen
