He is constantly accusing people of theft without
any proof to back it up.

If you don't buy cels straight from him then they
are "fake" or "stolen". 

And he accuses people of this for their own good
apparently.  

Like I said in a recent letter to Rick (because he
tried to accuse me of slander)  "It's not slander
if it's true."
