Anime-Link is protecting its investment from 
dealers who have a large American customer base.  
Outside the US, that other company, Film Link 
International is working on separate deals with 
the shops in Japan that have all of those cels 
selling openly.  

Well if in Japan, Film Link International must 
work out separate deals to sell the cels 
legitimately, maybe Anime Link should consider 
working out a deal with the American 
dealers...Just a thought.
