Alright, I'm going to make this short and sweet: 
I wasn't saying 'oh my god they're trying to be a 
monopoly!' I was just pointing out that 
monopolistic business practices (which include 
ATTEMPTING to control a particular market) that 
do not require someone to have a monopoly, are 
also illegal in the US. I find it suspicious that 
every time someone seems to try to sell a cel 
from VHD in the US they claim it's from a stolen 
set.  If they're so concerned they should post a 
list of all stolen sequences so people will be 
aforewarned.

If you want to look up the guidelines for 
monopolistic *practices* you can find them in any 
basic micro or macroeconomics textbook, and 
you'll be interested to find out that a monopoly 
has nothing to do with the size of the company, 
only the portion of the market it controls for a 
particular good or service.  

*yawn*  that's my last word on the subject, I 
probably won't be online to visit the forum until
