The cels are ON SALE in Japan and openly on display in
Anime Cel windows !!!

If they were stolen don't you think the Police in Japan would do
something about it !!

And if you when it Japan and brought one of those cels which was
ON DISPLAY and put it on your web site for sale and then Anime
