thank you for prefacing your message by stating 
that you are not an attorney.  And this next part 
really should go for everyone on the board.  I 
have read numerous posts from people giving legal 
definitions/advice, all have stated that they are 
not attorney.  Often the information provided is 
faulty or vague.  Unless you have done your time 
in law school and passed the bar in the state of 
your choice- Stop providing information you are 
not qualified to give.
