OK...As far as what Lydia was talking about...It 
sucks to get a bidder like that no matter 
what...So report him.  Just be aware that you may 
be pulling the black cloak so to speak off of the 
auction.  So, who knows what E-bay will end up 
doing to the auction, and the auctioneer.

SECONDLY!

Everytime we get into one of these flame wars 
over copyright on Fan Cel artists, and who holds 
what rights to said image...NO ONE has ever gone 
directly to the source...and if they have they 
aren't showing any proof!  C'mon people...Stop 
bitching at each other...Solid proff from the 
copyright holders...The companies 
themselves...Will only be able to give you the 
answer everyone is looking for...SHEESH!  
Everyone has their opinions...And even though if 
some of them are right...Let's stops being 
such "master's of the universe" about it ;P!

SO!

I have asked AIC directly on their forums in 
which the administrators...People who work for 
the company...Will be able to give us all 
answers.  I will also be happy to ask any other 
company and post their replies here or through 
JACML!

I myself support fan cel artists, or any other 
fan created artwork.  I do not support the 
outright copying of private gallery cels without 
strict permission from the owner of the cel!  Fan 
Cel artist know, or should know, the consequences 
of what can happen to them in reproducing 
copyrighted images.  They take a risk, and so do 
the people commissioning the work.  

In the end, we all make our own decisions in 
life, and who are you to force your way of 
thinking on others?  If one can't make their own 
decisions in life then they aren't really 
living.  So stop trying to run other people's 
lives...Voice your opinions in a non-hateful, 
immature manner.  Sometimes it gets to a point on 
this forum where I think a KIDDY ROOM needs to be 
created for some of the posters.

SO...

I hope this will start to clear the black cloud 
around Fan Cels.  If there are any other 
questions or comments on this topic...Feel free 
to post them here if they aren't going to be 
childish in any manner...Otherwise...Feel free to 
e-mail me any other comments...I'm a nice person 
and really don't feel like wasting anybody elses' 
time on this bored with crap.  I have plenty of 
time, and plenty of free space in my Trash folder
