I personally think fanart is great. Have No problem with 
it.  But I have problem when these so called artist or 
whatever copy the same exact cel that some of ppl 
own and sell the same thing for their profit.   

As long as you are creative, not copying some of cels 
that ppl own, it shouldnt' be any problem.

But didn't ebay make fanarts or cels illegal?
