" IMO, I think that possibly a better solution for
eBay to consider as well as other auction houses
is to separate production/reproduction cels from
fancels completely and place them into their own
respective auction category under "anime fan cels"
and not mix them in with production and
reproduction cels altogether."
I really think that is a good idea and have
thought about that myself whenever I'm searching
through eBay. A lot of people search under "anime
cel" so wouldn't that still bring up the fanstuff
even if the title was listed under "anime fan
cel"? Personally I don't care if people
commission a fan cel through websites but the
auctions irritate me. A lot of them are just
randomly done and then offered up for sale. (some
of them pick really awful images to use too which
is strange) I think I'm a little grumbly because
lately I've seen the word "hanken" used in the
description title for some auctions recently and
that is just plain silly. However, I am much too
lazy/busy to be emailing other people about.
Someone sounds like they're on a Jihad against
fan cel artists, lol. |
