The auction I am speaking of is for a commission, 
not an already made fancel/fanart. I can have the 
artist draw/paint whatever I want. It isn't 
illegal if it is a commission offer. How much I 
want to pay for it is up to me. The seller is 
only offering their artistic ability to people 
who can't draw but have a picture they would 
like. I can't draw a stick figure so the only way 
I am going to get a half decent drawing of any 
characters is by going to a professional artist 
to have it done on commission.  I just wish 
people who don't approve of fanart / fancels 
would leave the people alone who do. He keeps e-
mailing me demanding that I retract my bid and 
ebay doesn't seem to helpful right now. I know it 
takes them a while to investigate but he is 
really ticking me off.
