Whatever it is on commission or not, as long as 
it's a picture of copyrighted material, it's 
illegal. It's a fact. It's not open to discussion.
That's simply how it is... whatever you would like 
to call it yourself.

As with other similar things, as long as people 
are behaving themself and are polite it is usualy 
not a problem. But when people start to abuse, it 
is bound to annoy other people and everybody 
suffer of the consequences, even the people who 
were always doing things in all goodwil.

As for people who make copies, knowing very 
well that it will annoy people... how can they 
whin if people are annoyed ? They asked for it, 
didn't they ?
