LOL, is this Kinsagashi? Its got to be.
Because that line right there is absolutly
hilarious.

I don't "rate" my customers. Everyone gets
treated the same. But yes, if I did have to
place a rate based on how much business I get
from her compared to others, she's not a D,
she's a big E.

And I've LOST money with her because of all the
complaints and my trying to make her happy. Why
would I want her around after all the trouble
and loss of $$$?

kinsagashi to send the cels back to him and
refund the total cost for the cels. Nick can
claim the insurance to try and compensate for
any losses."

Thats actually a very good idea. If I trusted
the person I'd do that in a heartbeat, however;
I can't trust her at all. Those cels were in
the same condition that we recieved them in, I
couldn't (and wouldn't) file a claim because I'd
feel I'd be lying to the post office. If I
accept them back it could lead to a lot more
trouble. She could say I agreed to pay
restitution, claim they got lost in the mail, or
try to stick me with some other BS.

I have to wash my hands of this person.
Wheather its the best option or not, its the
only safe one for me personally.

Yes the insurance amount was wrong, but at the
same time the damages are not legit in my view.
