I've never had any problems with AChaos before.  
One of the cels I ordered during the 80% off 
sale did come with a small crease in the middle 
of the cel, but since I got a GREAT cel for 
EIGHTY PERCENT OFF, who am I to complain?  The 
cel is worth more than I paid, even WITH the 
crease!  :)  
  This person sounds like a royal pain in the 
a** and I would have banned her from my service 
long ago - let Rinkya or Celga handle this 
psycho.
