Hmmmm this is funny. The issue on hand is the
insurance. Nick under insured. That is the bottom
line. I know you all had good experiences with
him but he has to be responsible and say I under
insured and I am at fault. It is not a buyers
responsibility if you make the mistake to under
insure, it is yours Nick to check the reciept and
void the order if you have to. You also didn't
admit you under insured right away, trying to
cover up is even more pathetic. I don't care if
he is a good seller usually, sometimes people
make mistakes and he made it not her. Geez ban
her if it was so bad but don't under insure her
packages. I personally think he is cocky because
of his great packaging and under insures and it
bit him in the ass. Mail gets damaged and lost no
matter how you package, my company gets thousands
of parcels and many get so damaged that you
wonder what they did to it. Please do not all
kiss this mans ass like he is your king, the fact
is HE under insured. Oh real classy to slander
the customer to cover for your mistake. No
excuses. I personally if I have to, will look up
both their info and convince this person to let
me represent her in a class action suit. I will
get to the bottom on this guy if I have to
because this is just a clear cut case.
Oh and if you are wondering why he never banned
her it is because of her large orders. Nick
decided to take her money but treat her like a D-
Class customer. If you are not going to treat her
fairly because of her past then do NOT take her
money. How dare you take someone's money they
complain, nobody forced you to do business with
her. I really really want to take this to court
and believe me I am a good lawyer, although this
case is so clear cut that a monkey could sue the
pants off of Nick. Nick I'd give a full refund if
I were you. |
