I don't think they are saying it's ok to be ripped
off, actually since they posted here they seem to
want advice on what to do.  kinsagashi stated that
because of a recent illness they don't feel like
fighting with this seller anymore.  I can
understand the frustration kinsagashi must be
going through and how it could cause someone to
become depressed enough to say hell with it.  But
to me, I could never justify throwing that much
money away without a good fight especially when it
definately was not my fault. 

There's no need to be so harsh, they are
experiencing what all of us collectors fear the
most.  In a way I admire them not revealing the
dealers name in public since this is a really ugly
situation, I'm sure they would let anyone know
privately who wanted the information.
