You're is saying you want to collect cels so badly
that you are willing to: 

1. Reassure the dealer at the front of your post,
virtually apologizing to the dealer.  

2. Not request reasonable compensation 

3. Publicly state you will continue to do future
business again 

By conceding all options up front, you have no
solution and are voluntarily remaining in an
inequitable relationship. This effectly
legitimizes the dealer's actions.  

Well, it's not ok unless you want it to happen
again. Consider also that energy levels aren't
helped by negative relationships.
