Yes, I'm the seller Kinsagashi is referring to
and a very much choose NOT be be annonymous.
Normally I would just shake my head and move
along, but this one is really eating at me to
the point that I'm getting enraged.

First a little history:

Kinsagashi has been a massively troublesome
customer since day one. Every purchase, every
request, every EVERYTHING there is something
wrong that I'm at fault with. Every time I've
shipped something to her there is a complaint.
Every invoice we've sent there was a complaint.

Thing like: How come the exchange rate is wrong?
(which it wouldn't be). There are too many wire
fees! Something, anything was wrong. I've sent
her a copy of her account excel file for
virtually every single transaction. She made a
special request which we charge an extra $5.00
fee....she claimed she never heard of it and
won't stop untill we refunded it. Then she had
the nerve to yell at me because the company
didn't paint her reliezu cel in time for a
convention.

She even complained that my old email signature
was taking up too much space in her email
account so thats why I removed it
permenantly...just to make her happy! I've
NEVER had someone go out on a limb because of
someones signature. (a banner that was maybe
15k)

I threatened to cancel her account not once, not
twice, but on 4 different occassions mainly
because I could not handle the constant
complaints and loss of money out of my own
pocket just to make her happy...it drove me
nutz. Every time I'd get a massive email
begging me to let her continue using the service.

Anyway...more realative to the post at hand:

I'm sure everyone here knows how well we package
our goods. Damages are not unheard of, but do
happen from time to time. Since the
first "incendent" with Kinsagashi which if I
remember was another so called shipping
incident, I PERSONALLY wrap all her items and
inspected every last one. When they left my
hands, everything was in good condition just as
we recieved it.

Now the insurance, yes it was insured for
$150.00, but was supposed to be $750.00 (not
$1500.00 as mentinoed in a previous post)
However a POSTAL EMPLOYEE misread our notes and
insured it for $150.00. There is nothing we can
do about that now unfortunelty.

Now she gets the package and once again (pretty
much expectedly) complains. This time its the
biggest brew-ha-ha yet. She claims that most of
her items were damaged in transit. Cels were
folded in half, everything creased or damaged,
etc.

Well right away I smelled something fishy. From
the way I packed the cels there was absolutly no
way any cel could have gotten loose, and folded
in half. Simply put there was no room for a cel
to fold, it was sold and in between a buch of
other cels, and this sure didn't happen when I
packed it.

So I ask for pictures. The damage on the box
looked like it had one large dent on one side.
Definilty not something massive or torn apart.
The rest of the box looked perfectly in tact.

Then I see the cel pics, sure enough there are
large indented creases going through the near
middle of ONE of the cels (a cheap gundum cel if
I recall) There were creases on a sketch that
looked like it got roughed up a tad (an $8.00
sketch purchased at the 80% off sale). The rest
of the so called damages she complained about
were tiny imperfections mostly consisting of the
corners of backgrounds being a tad crumpled.

I ask anyone to take out their cel collection,
look at the backgrounds and tell me if they have
a few that are a bit crumpled.

Simply put, those cels were in the EXACT SAME
CONDITION that we recieved them from the sellers
in Japan. However, to her, they are damaged
goods that she wants to file a claim on. That
cel could not possibly have shifted inside the
box while packed tightly between other cels to
have caused a deep crease like that (or any
crease for that matter)

Most of you who have had a problem with us know
I'll cough out a refund in no time flat if there
is something wrong or a problem arrises.

In this case though, it just stunk. Something
was wrong, something was not right. And as of
now, I still don't think the claim is legit. The
total of her damages came to maybe $50.00 from
the pictures she showed me. I just can't
believe what she says anymore. I jumped through
flaming hoops to make her happy, and it all
leads to this. So in the end, she's no longer
welcome at our business.

(even our shippers are mad at her...lol)
