Well I wish you all the best with this. if this 
dealer was any type of person he/she would just 
refund your money considering you have not 
dragged his or her butt through the mud by 
revealing them . My cousin is a lawyer and I'm 
pretty sure if you have all your reciepts from 
the transaction and paypal info you might be able 
to take this person to court for your money. 
hopefully it doesn't go that far. ( If this 
dealer is reading this, Think about your 
reputation , this could ruin you .  Everyone in 
the cel community and anime community seem to all 
know each other in some way or another and if 
someone says this dealer did this to me then it 
goes around pretty fast and then no one wants to 
buy from you. So think about it. )
