yes, it is *possible* that the artist used a 
screencap...but let's look at the statistics. the 
sad truth is, most fancel makers on ebay use cel 
images to make their fancels. the exceptions are 
the cels that are obviously created from 
imagination, which is a lot more interesting in 
my opinion, since duplications are never as good 
as the original as we all know. furthermore, 
unless the movement occurs gradually, it's tough 
to get a clear screencap a lot of the time.
