I just found an auction today that looked a hell 
of a lot like my hotaru/saturn cel. so I emailed 
the fancel maker and politely requested that they 
notify the cel owner next time before copying 
their cel, and their response was that they 
totally agree but they made the fancel from the 
DOUGA image off of YJ. it just so happens that I 
am the owner of this exact douga. ^^; so my 
question is, is there a any difference between 
ripping a fancel off of someone's cel and 
someone's douga??

FYI, I don't plan on taking any real action 
against this fancel artist, I'm just not in the 
mood for that.
