It is funny how they always manage to "Screen 
Cap" a cel that was recently on the online cel 
market or purchased from a auction. 
But have you ever seen them make a cel, then the 
same cel come up on the market after their cel 
was made? I have never seen that happen, wich 
suggest they take the collector scans, store 
scans, ect. So how can they say they make them 
from screen captions, Do they use that as a loop 
hole? Steal the original scans first, THEN make 
the cel from a screen caption?
