My suggestion would be to rally up EVERYONE whose
cel they copied in the past along with the
auctions Forky sold that had the copied cels and
file a # of complaints to Ebay's Safe Harbor.

If THAT doesn't work, then you could always
purchase the cel through Ebay, then file a fraud
complaint that they made an illegal copy of your
copyrighted cel and then file a complaint on
Paypal for your money back.  If I am not mistaken,
Paypal has a policy where you can't deal with
items that are illegal and an item that was copied
without the owner's permission is considered
illegal according to US Law.  I have never
attempted this method and don't know how well it
would work, but I am sure you can get Ebay's
attention this way and if the Fraud complaint goes
through, then their account will be suspended. 
But, I would rather stick to the first plan above.
 Cheaper that way . . .
