I'm not saying that what this fancel artist has 
done is "right" or "wrong". 

I'm also not familiar with SM so much to know 
this character or the episodes she's featured in.
But I am assuming that this is a very rare 
character, and also a very important scene that 
she is in (in your cel). So even though this 
person used your douga image to copy and make a 
fancel, isn't there a high likely-hood that any 
fancel artist would choose this image to create a 
fancel of? Either screencap, or finding the 
image... etc?
