Depends on the context.  What you said above 
is "your personal artwork."  If by that you mean 
something I created myself, yer darn tootin' I'd 
be upset if someone started copying and selling 
it.

But if you're talking about an anime cel... I 
didn't do it and have no claim to the image 
except for the particular piece of acetate and 
acryllic that lives in my celbook.  Methinks.  On 
the other hand, I'm not an intellectual property 
lawyer (darn few people are).
